M&S reserve intention of court proceedings

Hi,

M&S reserve account from 1999, default 2018 (no payments made) now with Cabot (assume bought?). Just received chase letter from Mortimer Clarke solicitors stating next step is a formal letter of intention to issue court proceedings. Is now the moment to send CCA request? Already have copy of the credit agreement from M&S (requested 2018) although t&c are illegible. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Illegible terms would make the account unenforceable, perhaps respond stating that you have already received a CCA response which did not support enforceability. Ask them to see if a better copy of the agreement can be obtained now?

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar.
