Hello. I am been made redundant from my role following a redundancy process. My employer had a very subjective set of scoring criteria and has only ever provided 1-10 scores for each category with no narrative as to why these scores were awarded. I asked for a meeting to discuss the scores but was given no feedback at all. When I asked why I had scored low for some criteria they simply answered that the were confident in the scoring and provided no explanation for the score at all. Is this allowed? I feel that I have right to know why I am been made redundant.
