Scottish power and warrent to enter home

Hello can someone help me.
the day after I moved into my new home EOS solutions broke into my home using a locksmith and changed the gas and electric meter also the locks whist I was out. My dog was in the home and restrained by a dog handler.
are the y allowed firstly to enter my home as the debt is not even mine, l feel extremely violated now my daughter wont come home my dog is extremely nervous now and I have been having panic attacks.
