  • Dealer settlement of finance

On the 30th of August 2020 we sold our caravan via Bourne leisure.who would then settle our finance with blackhorse I have checked our account with blackhorse this morning and they have still not received payment so my question is how long should I give Bourne leisure before I start to chase them about paying blackhorse because it's not a small amount of money and the settlement amount is only valid untill the 27th Sept 2020

Given that you remain liable to pay under the terms of the agreement with Blackhorse, id be banging on Bournes desk demanding payment.
