I have tree roots growing under my driveway the roots has reached my house. The tree belong to the council they have agreed to pay for removal of tree roots but they will not for the removal and replacement of my driveway blocks.
Ive gone around in circles with the council department, contacted Councillors in my area with no success. Finally I contacted my MP Im waiting for a response but Im not holding out much hope.
It seems my only option will be through the courts a route Im dreading because of the stress and at present Im going through the court with a neighbour dispute. Any advice will be helpful
