  • N265 Standard Disclosure: List of Documents and Defendant's Index (not an N265)

Great site, Greetings All Qs re above I am Claimant re a debt re shared utilities
    (1) the Defendant refuses to pay for the photocopies (£60+) they requested and I provided from my N265 how do I obtain payment?
    (2) They filed an index list of docs not an N265. I told them to issue List (N265) but they said they have (they mean their handwritten index list). Should I write to court for directions?
    (3) I served my list on them in time yet Defendant hostile asking for copy of my List and will not pay for copy (two weeks after expiry of date court order says request for copies required) even though I served them original why can't they just copy it I am providing copy anyway.
    (4) When I filled in my N265 I was unclear and left page 2 boxes blank and signed it at bottom is this acceptable? Any help thanks heaps and have a great day.
