Help needed! I've today received a claim form from Northampton for a provident loan and a orange phone bill.

The provident loan has received been through the ombudsman and provident have been told to buy the loan back. I have emailed my advisor and I am waiting for her response.

With the phone bill how can I dispute this. I have complained about it before stating it wasn't mine and they never provided me with any documents.

How can they take me to court of they can't provide anything that shows me I actually owe the money.

What do I do about the claim form??

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

If the ombudsman ruled in your favour then depending on the ruling it may be that they are barred from suing you, see Clarke vs In Focus Asset Management

I requested information regarding the phone bill and asked for any agreements to prove the debt is mine and that the amount is correct. The refused to provide anything as it was a sim only deal apparently and said it was in my name so therefore I am liable for the debt
