  • Car not as described

Hi,I am a new member and would like some advice. I recently bought a Nissan Xtrail,19 plate. I have had the car 6 weeks and done 1000 miles. It was advertised as 4wd. I have since found out it is not 4wd. Plus the log book gives a different model to that on my purchase agreement. What are my rights please.

This must be the third thread you have started about this. Why don't you read the responses in your other threads?

Breach of contract and clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act assuming that the item was purchased from a dealer?

Have you spoken to the seller about this issue?

PT2537,Thankyou for your reply. I am going to see the dealer tomorrow as the salesman is only back in work then. I wanted to have some idea about the strength of my case,as I dont think I want to keep the car. Once again Thank you. I will keep you informed.
