  • Napier parking

    Hi
I'm looking for some advice. I parked at a napier car park in May, I paid for a ticket and displayed it yet a few day letter I got a letter from napier saying I failed to pay and display. Luckily I still had the ticket in my car and sent them a phot thinking this would be enough but they are saying I failed to display it clearly and the fine still stands and will be passed to a debt collector in 14 days.
I have told them to take me to court so I can show the judge the ticket, to me it is clear that I paid and this case would be pointless. Do you think I would win if it went to court?

Yes with the ticket. Do they have photos of the windscreen?
