I wonder if someone can help please Gladstone are asking for £160 for Local Parking Security Limited after 4 and a half years. I am unable after this time to prove that it was paid at a cost of £85. They are now threatening further action without notice. I have drafted a letter pointing out various concerns: cost, contract, signage and other items, but wonder if I should give them all my defences in this instance as I do not believe they will drop the case. Should I just acknowledge their letter and send full defences if they take me to court?
