  • Bail conditions

    Good day

I am concerned for my staff/qualification. I believe a certain person has bail conditions. If the bail conditions are what I have heard from a 3rd party, then he is in breach and is risking my staffs qualifications.

How do I find out for sure what the persons conditions are.

If they are released under police bail, it is unlikely that the police will tell what a person's bail conditions are unless you are an affected party.

If they are released under court bail, the conditions *may* be available from the remanding court. But don't hold your breath.

I suggest you dial 101 and pass on your suspicions to the police and let them deal with it.
