    scam....slonce marketing, tenerife.

    Hi, I joined a holiday club about 2 years ago called Slonce Marketing.. The company made many promises at the presentation non of which materialized. I believe that they may have been closed down by the Tenerife authorities. The man in charge of the company has absconded with the funds, I am told. I paid around £4000, by credit card, and have all relevant documents and paperwork. Not sure if they went bankrupt, were closed by authorities, or just ceased trading. there are probably thousands of people in my position. Where do I go from here? I am pretty sure that this was all a scam. How can I find out for sure?
