Hi
Would anyone be able to provide a comprehensive list of examples of inter-meddling that DO NOT include interfering with debts or assets of a deceased persons estate? Thanks! This would be in relation to an executor renouncing duties because estate is believed to be insolvent, fearing they may have intermeddled on grounds OTHER THAN material assets or debts.
For example, executor showing a will to close family member to get them to stop interfering with assets and then executor renouncing duties.
For example informing a bank of deceased person.
Applying for a caveat (stop probate).
Not renouncing properly as they were restricted access to deceased property by another family member.
Announcing executor status.
Thanks!
