I have received a letter from BW legal saying NOTICE OF PENDING COUNTY COURT JUDGMENT. They have stated they’ve tried to get in touch over the last few months but can not reach me. I received an email, which I responded to asking them for evidence and time: date: and vehicle but never received a reply. I am slightly concerned that they are going to issue me with a ccj, what do I do

Have you moved house recently and forgotten to notify the DVLA of the change?

They can't just issue a CCJ, it has to go to the court first. Just in case they have the incorrect address write to them and tell them your address for service. This should allow any court forms to come to you. SAR the parking company for all documents they have for you and your car..
