Regarding my previous post, ill be as brief as pos.
garage owner gave me his dads car to use while my one was being repaired, i was working in surrey having to cross dartford crossing, i registered loan car on my account thinking all sorted , forgot to top up account for about 3 days, this was back in February.
next thing i heard about 6 month after the garage owner said he has a bill from enforcement officer wanting payment of 480.00 , because the car wasnt registered to me althogh on my account it went to his dad, i thought they would need to send correspondance say if payment is not made this will go to enforcement officer.
i called them up they said it wasn't down to me not being owner of car, they told me a couple of forms that will need to be filled out , that the garage had to do .
then i had a call from garage to say they have thrown it out and if payment isn't recieved by 23 aug im in court.
    any ideas regards james
