Hi Everyone
I'm new to this, LegalBeagles and forums in general.
Looking for help to set aside a CCJ (I think) incurred through a parking fine. Original fine issued 5/4/19, CCJ filed 10/3/20. There was no ticket on the car. To my knowledge I have received no correspondence. I have not moved address and i still own the car which is registered to me at the correct address.
I know there are lots of threads on this topic but most seem to involve a change of address or a car that has since been sold etc.
Any help appreciated.
