Hello - thank you to the person who responded to my previous question it was very helpful. Can anyone help me further please:I took out a small claim online (under £10,000) against a person. In response the solicitor who represents the Defendant has applied for a Summary Judgement and submitted a Witness Statement on the Defendant's behalf. The Witness Statement refers to irrelevant CPR and in at least 4 of the paragraphs there are easily proven lies told. Not just misleading, actual lies. I have gone through it word for word and cannot understand why a solicitor would have done this when I can and have shown them the proof that shows he has lied in the Witness Statement. I have written to the Court and raised my concerns with evidence (separate to me response to the application as I haven't submitted that yet), I have submitted it and many other documents to the SRA. I'm an LiP and don't know what else to do, does anyone have any suggestions please as I'm really concerned about it all. Also if there is nothing more for me to do, what might happen next in this sort of situation? Thank you
