Consent Order to set aside CCJ- Parking Fine

Hi

I have discovered that a CCJ was entered against me as a result of an unpaid parking fine. I have contacted the parking company who have agreed to set it aside by consent order, on the basis I pay the parking fine and the fee to file the consent order. They have signed the consent order that I initially prepared but I have not done this before so I thought it would be good if to have it checked before I sign it too. to make sure I'm am on the right track. I just want to check whether the terms in the order are correct in that it does set aside the default judgment and doesn't enter another CCJ against me; that I have drafted it properly. The parking company didn't raise any issues with it or suggest any changes but I just want to be sure the Order is fine in terms of setting the CCJ aside . I have attached an anonymised consent order- I'd be grateful for any comments on it.

Point 2 needs to be amended to say that the claim is dismissed. The courts cannot order the claim to be withdrawn.
