how to set up company board of govs

Hi, I'm new to this so please bear with me..!
I've just set up a company ltd by guarantee (non-profit). To comply with a funding application I need to have a board of govs. I have credible people who have agreed (3) but cannot find the legal structure to put this into place - google has been little help. Any advice most welcome. Thanks, Peter

I suggest you don't scrimp and get someone qualified to do this for you - some things are just worth paying someone else to do right first time.
