    My husband and I have a limited company, we have no employees but both of us are directors, The Company is being sued over a dispute on workmanship, as it is a limited company can he be sued personally or just the company and is our house at risk ? The company have no assets

    If the claim is against the company then the directors have no personal liability, that is the reason for the limited in the title.

    It is only in very exceptional circumstances that directors could be held liable so don't fret about it
