Hello, this is my first post as a new member.
My sister With myself is joint Executor of my late Fathers will but she will not co operate with the Probate process, my father died in 2016 and Mother in December 2019.
There are two separate wills, I am dealing with my Mothers as sole Executor but my fathers will is still with the solicitor awaiting my sisters instructions, I have made several requests to her but have been ignored, can someone please advise me what I need to do ?
