So throughout the past few months I’ve been using a car park in which the machines broken, or says “not in use”, I’ve had no problems and received no charging notices in the past until now.
Looking on the machine it says pay by an app called PayByPhone but then on the sign it says pay by just park, so trying both, on just park it isn’t there at all, and to use paybyphone you need a code in which it didn’t show on the sign.
I’ve already sent an appeal to Highview parking. How do I go around this if they respond saying my appeal has been rejected?
