I've a shark cordless vacum, bought last August ... not been happy with it at all but now its just not fit for purpose. Its always been looked after ie cleaning filters checking for blockages etc. Hardly no suction, battery life is around 15 minutes it spits out what I lve hoovered so having to go over and over areas and I have to use dustpan and brush to pick up what it's spat out at the end of hoover either it's dead or switched off and also no suction when hand held to clean stairs so dustpan an brush again not to mention having to cut the hair off the bar as as the anti hair doesn't work either. But my worry is that they won't do much as it's 11 month old? Any advice please
