Hi Everyone,
I have a question about self-contained exam topics that usually don't have a cross pollination with the rest of the topics in the module.
The question isn't out of convenience, but rather due to health reasons.
I am a final year L.L.B student and I've been on medical leave of absence for 2 years due to severe health issues. I am doing my exams under COVID-19 emergency rules and have already done my revision.
I am being assessed based on the material that I was thought back in 2017, but I would rather at least try to catch up with the recent law. But due to being away for a long time, I would rather spend my last couple of weeks of revision to study the self contained topics. Not for topic spotting, but to give myself a better chance for possibly achieving higher marks if I decide to pick those questions on the exam out of the bunch.
My modules are:
Land Law, Equity and Trust, European Union Law, Company Law and Public International Law.
I do have some obvious ideas, but I would greatly appreciate any help and detailed advice you could offer.
Many thanks in advance.
