I started a thread yesterday but for some reason I can't reply to the other posts that followed? I stated the following:
"Hello there
I wondered if anyone could help me. I've received a parking ticket from Highview Parking for £100 (discounted at £60) in the post. It wasn't me driving the car at the time, am I able to appeal this without having to give my friends details who used my car for the day? They also didn't 'invite' me to offer the details of the driver but stated I 'should' provide the details. Which I assumed went against the POFA? I'm a little confused as to whether or not I can appeal the ticket. Any advice would be welcomed"
I have attached two photos of the charge notice. The reason i can't contact my 'friend' is because it was my ex partner of whom i separated from a few days ago. So if possible i would rather not have to contact them or pay the fine. There was a bike sale going on in the car park, hence why they were there. I did contact the owner of the bike sales company, who said he hadn't received a fine? Which i thought was strange.
