Help with returning a car on finance

Hi can anyone help,my son recently past is test and bought a car on finance but in the first couple of months hes got 3 speeding tickets in the same week.he thought it was 40 mph not 30 mph .so anyway under the new rule he will have is licence revoked.
How does he stand with the car on finance ? . Hes only had it about 2 months but wants to return it.
My heads all over the place with it I feel so sorry for him.
Can anyone give me Advice.

i doubt the finance house will be sympathetic.

If his licence is revoked by DVLA he will be able to apply immediately for his provisional licence and begin working to being issued with a new full licence,
so it might not be too long.
If he is disqualified by the court he willÂ*have to wait until the period of disqualification expires, but could then reapply for his licence and mostÂ* likely not have to re take his test.
