  • Exeter road brau ton var park fine

Hello, so i recently visited devon and when i was there parked in the exeter road car park.

The machine was broken and badly vandalised so there was no way to pay. Everybody in the car park was aware and a local man workig in a garage said its out so free parking.

Then i get home and recieve a pcn. Stupidly i did not get a photo of the machine and now i have been told a new one has been put in to replace the damaged one.

I have spoke to local shops and pubs and have a alot of back up from the staff memebers that the machine was out.

was anybody else effected by this and by any chance have a photo of the damaged machine??

I spent a week in devon and stopped here everyday as it was convenient to get to the shop as my wife has truoble walking. I would happily pay the original charge of £2 and was prepared to do so each time i used the car park.

I have sent an appeal for the first fine (no others have came YET) and waiting for reply. Any help or even photos would be very good.

Also i made sure to state i am on the keeper of the vechile

But you have inferred who was driving in your post.Â* It's not a fine, it's an invoice.

post up a redacted copy of the PCN but leave dates.Â* Signs would help but perhaps google street view can get you those.
