Hi , This is very complicated , but here goes
My father in law died 10 years ago , leaving his 1/2 of the house to my husband and his sister . my mother in law made the same will in mirror image of my father in laws
My mother in law has now died , but she changed her will 2 years ago without my husbands knowledge , My sister in law knows whats in the will and wont tell us anything
so we are thinking she has left her 1/2 of the house to my sister in law and everything in it . she arranged the funeral did not let him take part in anything even down to the flowers and will not give him a death certificate. We do not know where we stand from here , can she sell the house without my husbands knowledge. as he even got any rights at all. she will not tell him anything . WE ARE THINKING OF STARTING A CAVEAT !! Would this help ??
