Employee ruined my business

Employee ruined my business and Insurance due to a brain tumour, he wrecked 2 vehicles within the space of 1 week and insurance didnt pay out properly, they told lies played games and submitted false information and I didn't have a chance to defend myself.

Everything was biased towards the insurance companies and 5 times ive asked Crawco for my data under GDPR and they refuse to give me it as I believe they didn't investigate my claim properly and hold very little information on me.

with a matter as complicated as this you will need to register and give full details.

An employee, who had a brain tumour (unknown to you?) crashed two of your company vehicles within a week
Both were comprehensively insured, but insurers refused to pay out or only paid a proportion of the claims
The insurers appointed Crawford as claims managers.

Need to know:
-name of insurer
-type of policy
-full details of circumstances of loss
-their reasons for not honouring claim
