Landlord keeps me in arrears
Hi, new to the forum. I’m a leasholder and live in a tower block in east London.
my issue is around the landlord, after yet another change, altered their accounting system.
a few years ago we leaseholders were given a bill for major works to the block. Our share was £20,000.00. So that payment and service charges were in two separate accounts. When Clarion took over as landlords the combined the accounts. Thus making me constantly in arrears.
