  • No notice non molestation order advice.

    Hello,
May first post, please bare with, no experience at all regarding this NMO.
A server delivered a sealed envelope on 3/7/20 to my mother who I live with explaining it contained a NMO.
My ex girlfriend is the applicant saying we were in a significant relationship to justify her application. This is an exaggeration in itself!!
What is the definition of a Significant duration of the relationship?

The phone hearing is 13/7/20 but any papers etc I wish to refer to at the hearing have to be submitted to the court and the applicant by the 8/7/20, leaving me only until tomorrow to post in time.
However, there are NO details whatsoever on the order stating what I’ve been accused of, I’ve no idea of her allegations.
So i don’t know what I need to do to defend myself.
Im completely happy to conform to the order, of course I have to. I’ve no intention of contact ever again, infact i last saw her very amicably on 7/6/20. The order is dated 29/6/20. We’ve had no contact at all and as far as I was concerned we’d hugged and kissed fairwell on the 7th June. So this is a huge shock.
I emailed the court at 7am this morning detailing these points with an automated reply saying they reply with 5 days,
i suffer with severe anxiety, under a therapist psychologist and doctor regularly. I’m medicated. I’ve asked if the hearing can at least be delayed to allow me to get medical support and time to prepare.
Not married , not lived together , no children involved.
same sex relationship. I’m not sure if that makes a difference!
    Thank you very much.
