I have a ccj against me which I only found out about recently. The ccj is about 2 years old. However I was homeless when this happened so I've never received any information or paperwork about it. I want to try and get the ccj set aside so I can deal with it properly, also the debt company has taken me £5000 over my limit in adding on extra charges.
Is it possible to get a ccj set aside on the ground that I was homeless at the time and not able to defend myself.
