Hello all,
I'm currently a Claimant in a Fast Track case and I have ask the defendant to participate in mediation.
They've stated that they'll only participate if I pay their mediation fee, however this seems unreasonable.
If I state that I am unwilling to pay their mediation costs will the Court count that as me refusing to participate in mediation?
