Hi I need some advice and I don’t have long to sort the problem out*
i have a car on finance and have not paid half of the term however due to the pandemic I have not been able to work as I’m a self employed builder*
I can no longer afford the payments as due to the crisis it has created a break down in my relationship and now we have separated*
wi have told the finance company they have given me three options carry on paying hand the car back this a lump sum or voluntary terminate*
this will affect my credit rating and will I have to pay anything else as the car will be auctioned and with probably fetch the outstanding amount that is owed to the half way point in payments*
any advice would be helpful please I’m at my wits end*
