Bank smart have just taken me for a ride of the grand sum of £3k. So saw no alternative but to pay them after the threats, rude and aggressive emails. They dont reply to emails and dont acknowledge complaint in line with the regulated time scale. I paid because emotionally and mentally I dont have the energy to deal with such people.. I'm a fool and will have to now pay this off my credit card monthly because the cost with them just seemed to increase daily. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
