I guess this problem has been covered previously. I had a holiday booked with one of the major companies, because of the outbreak of this virus we were advised that the holiday was suspended, but advised we would be able to travel once things returned to normal, fine we accepted that we would travel on a later date, we were then advised that fares would increase quite by a substantial amount. so by letters I requested them to cancel and to issue a refund, no reply, on trying to phone, to receive just an answer machine, I then made a money claim online, they did not defend, I requested judgement, granted by the Court still no return payment, question is, how long will I allow them to repay me ?.**
