I am currently in dispute with a manager at my employment, in regard to a disciplinary matter, and its come to my attention that he has purposely with held information from me,even though I have repeatedly asked for this information.* I believe under the 2016 data protection act and under ACAS code of practice, he has a duty to provide me with this requested information.* This is personal information about myself and is related to the complaint. * Does anyone know whether I would have a legal case against him for with holding this information? Thank you Malcolm Spencer *
