  • 3years old CCJ from UKPC ANS SCS LAW- no action taken within this time

Hi, in 2017, I was issues parking Fines from UKPC having lived at my family home for over 10 years prior to them enforcing these parking rules and only 1 permit per house hold was issues and there were two cars at the time and I could only park outside my home, they issued multiple and I refused to pay these and wrote a letter but had to response, I was then issued a CCJ by SCS law, I just recently found out the UKPC was banned by DVLA and various articles where they have been taken to court and is now dormant on companies house, I’m going to resubmit a defence and ask that this be removed from my file, I’ve never been able to speak to anyone at UKPC and SCS law always says they need to get in touch with their client for any decisions but they never get a response, I was wondering why they haven’t been able to chase me for all these years. Is this a smart thing to do? Please advise.*

SCS law don't just "issue" a CCJ, it has to go through the court process and you would have been sent the court documents to respond.* *What did you do with the forms?
