  • TEN Process Application

What are the Criteria for Getting a TEN from local council?

Do you have to make a case with a letter?

Their was no link on their website or through the search feature to obtain a form, or download it

They the Council are very intimidating and abrupt, talk down to you,as if they own the property, if I got the 3 months the Ten would allow, it would give me space to get some basic work done on house, and I may well decide to sell, it`'s hard to know, with covid and economy dip, due to covid, need a hand with an application letter for a TEN, at least it could buy me some respect from them, I must have some basic rights, and am entitled to some space and decision time, their present scheme ends at end of Sept 2020.

for the benefit of other members a TEN on this occasion is a Temporary Exemption Notice (as on posters initial thread) and not a Temporary Event Notice
