I am Voluntary returning my Mercedes on my PCP and i am 10,000 over my mileage alone.

Hi, I am returning my Mercedes on a VRT with 1 payment left to go, i am over my mileage by 10,000 miles, I am having a new car from Mercedes will they clobber me with the 9p per mile as per my contract or let me off as i am having another car with them on a PCP? any help gladly appreciated.

They will likely try to recoup that amount regardless of the fact you are getting a new car. They are two separate matters.
