  • Hello, thank you and more advice

Hi everyone, this is the first post I have made. I have used this site for help recently in fighting 2 ccj by bw Legal that u was not aware around until I tried for a mortgage. So thank you everyone for the informative posts. the ccj were removed by the judge at stoke county court on the 8th June - I have checked my credit file via equifax daily since then and there records are still there.. can I please ask who is responsible for updating the credit agencies and what time frame can I expect this b me done in as its now 9 days after... any help or info would be appreciated as it’s becoming obsessional now looking at my score everyday.

Hi there - really glad to hear you got this result. Very well done.
Registry Trust is the central record of CCJ’s - it will take at least a month for them to process the update and notify the CRAs. They may take a further month or maybe more given COVID-19. Sorry - you may have to remember the old saying - ‘A watched pot never boils’!
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

      Thank you for this information.
It’s so annoying the wait as they very quickly add stuff to your file I have I found and it very slow to remove it!
I have found other issues on there that I’m fighting now after 36 years off never checking my file I’ve now discovered a false British Gas default! Never used British Gas in my life... like a comedy of errors
