Voluntary termination

I have come to the end of my PCP car finance agreement right in the middle of lockdown, was intending to swap for another car. Now my only payment left is the balloon payment, can I still exercise my right for voluntary termination as my wife has been furloughed and haven’t got a confirmed date of if or when she will return to work.
Can I still return the car without any further payments?
