  • Fraudulent money reclaim company

    Hi,
Has anyone on here received a letter from a Ross Sutton asking for payment on behalf of a company called J&C Solicitors? They are stating that I missed a medical appointment for a RTA claim which I know nothing about. They also sent a copy of a signature which they are saying is my signature and when I spoke to Ross Sutton on the phone he was really rude and said the signature was from my driving licence that I provided. The signature they claim to be mine is nothing like my signature on my driving licence. I asked for proof of his copy by email and by phone numerous times but still nothing has been sent to me ...he ignores all my email requests but still emails to request a payment of over £2000!!!....and never acknowledges if my emails have been read...in the beginning they sent a pile of paper work stating I had received letters from them which incurred part of the costs i have received no letters. Today he has given me 14 days to settle the bill or more costs and court costs will be incurred I have emailed again telling him i am not paying and this is nit my claim or my debt. Anyone any advice to give me on how I can stop all this please? This has been going on since March this year. Thanks in advance.

So send a SAR to them requesting all the paperwork that they hold about you. See what they are talking about and if the the originals turn up.
