I hope you don’t mind me reaching out to you all as I’m looking for some advice. I was dealing with a supplier in China for about a year without any problems and in December I made a payment of lets just say over £10k and you can guess the rest, no goods or no refund. I have reached out to him many times where he has promised goods and even half of my money back but 5 months in, nothing. The bank have also been unsuccessful in trying to recall my money and the Hong Kong police were also looking into but I’m holding out much luck if I’m honest. Does anyone happen to know or have any other ideas or even contacts that I could possibly try whether this could be through the courts or a debt recovery company or any other route that anyone could possibly help me to try and recover this debt.. As you can appreciate I need to cover and try every avenue possible.* I am happy to discuss in further detail with anyone. Thank You
