  • Rogue Parking Company proceeding with court claim re: unpaid PCN

I need some advice/assistance please on how to proceed. Aforementioned "Rogue Parking Company" have been chasing me for months over an unpaid PCN. I think they're hinging on a technicality but would appreciate advice re how to proceed. At the stage now where they have sent a letter before action which I have replied to and now they say they are proceeding with the claim against me. The thing is, I had a valid parking ticket and stayed within the allotted time. I bought the ticket via a well known parking website and part of their agreement to site owners advertising on the site is that the owners must provide the parking space in accordance with the details set out in the listing, which they didn't. "Rogue Parking Company" manage the site on behalf of the site owners. Dealing with them is hugely frustrating as there is no named person on the case or an e mail contact. I would appreciate advice in terms of what is likely to come next and whether/how I can avoid the whole thing going to court. Thanks very much in advance for responses.

So name the parking company and post up the redacted Notice to keeper but leave dates

Edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred.

And who allowed the space to be purchased on some one elses site?
