  • Identity theft and CCJ's

I would be grateful if someone could throw some light on the following please:.

There are three CCJ's on my daughter's boyfriend's credit file that he knows nothing about (a referal has been made by Action Fraud to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau about his allegation of identity theft and fraud). I sent a letter signed by him and from his address to the Court to try to get more information about the CCJ's. He received an email last month providing some information about the one satisfied CCJ and the two outstanding CCJ's. Now the Court has sent him a letter providing the same information about the satisfied CCJ and one of the outstanding CCj's but about the second outstanding CCJ, the Court says that he "does not appear to be a party to claim xxxxxxxx" and asks for his "Notice of Acting/Assignment or a signed authorisation from the party you are requesting the information for". All three CCj's remain on his credit file.

    Thank you

PS (Both he and my daughter work full time and I don't work so have done a lot of investigation on his behalf and written a lot of letters- all from his address and signed by him)
