  • PCP car finance

    Hi

I am hoping for some advice. I have a PCP contact with Black Horse. Unfortunately I got into financial difficulty when I lost my job in November and got into arrears with my account. My contract expired 31 March, I contacted Blackhorse and said I understood they’re were arrested on my account and asked what I should do and they said Any arrears would need to be paid before or after I returned the car. I had my car ready to send back at the end of March but I noticed the return pack was a titled voluntary termination and it said if I returned the car I would have to pay the remainder of the 12k owed on it, even tbihhh I had already paid 14k due to Covid 19 I was unable to get through to Blackhorse until last week. I told them I was told at the end of the pcp I could just return the car but they said because of the arrears I would have to do a voluntary termination and I would be liable of the outstanding balance. Is there anything I can do about this. I am worried sick as I have no job.

    thanks Kerry
