I've tried looking online, but bizarrely I couldn't find an answer to what I thought was a fairly straightforward question, so please forgive me if the answer was in front of me the whole time.
I need to obtain a hard copy of the sealed court order that was issued at the successful conclusion of a hearing to remove an executor from my father's Will. The solicitor handling the application with the Probate Registry (different to the solicitor who handled the removal), has advised me that the Registry is requesting an original hard copy of the court order. Photo copies or electronic versions are apparently not acceptable.
The solicitor who handled the removal does have a hard copy, but I have been told it is unlikely that the order would be returned by the Registry and I'm reluctant to lose the only hard copy I know of.
Plus the solicitor who has the hard copy of the order is ruinously expensive, so I am anxious to handle this myself if at all possible. If anyone can tell me where I can get a hard copy (not a photocopy) of the court order issued by: THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE BUSINESS AND PROPERTY COURT OF ENGLAND AND WALES PROPERTY, TRUSTS AND PROBATE LIST (ChD) I would be very grateful.
