I have done something really stupid, I gave changed a barcode on items and was caught I have never done anything like this before,* they took my details and banned me from the shop , they said the police may call. I have been suffering with mental health since a bad accident and an abusive relationship so now my anxiety has gone through the roof,* will they send police to my house I am terrified of losing my job, I have never been in trouble before and have no idea why I have done this*

If the police weren't called at the time there is very little chance of their being involved now.

You may well get letters asking you to pay for their losses. What losses ? You ignore these but file away
