Work have given me and a few others a new contract with numerous spelling mistakes and other errors like number of holidays incorrect (below uk law for full time) and nobody has signed them.
We have all mentioned the discrepancies and work have not issued new ones, this is now 3 months since, my question is... are we bound to the new contracts as it is assumed we accept them even though nobody has signed or does work have to provide new ones amended at some point? Cheers
